Vanessa: Honestly, it's the most refreshing and amazing thing ever. It's like you're dying and you're in the desert and then you find water and it's rehydration!

How important is it to stay hydrated as an athlete?


Vanessa: I think it's important even if you're not an athlete to stay constantly hydrated to keep your body healthy and active.

Vanessa: 100PLUS Active really helps me with my after training recovery. It definitely hydrates me, replenishes all my vitamins and my salts. It helps me feel refreshed and helps me to recover for the next training session.

Have you tried 100PLUS Active Isotonic Powders before? How does it compare to others?


Vanessa: It's definitely more convenient, like you know they come in small little compact packets and even this whole box can come up to like 10 or 20 sachets. It's lighter and more compact and it does the same job!

Vanessa: 100PLUS Active definitely help me feel more replenished than water, it gets me feeling refreshed and definitely more rehydrated again.

What kind of your trainings do you require the most amount of rehydration?


Vanessa: Definitely the high intensity intervals, I feel extra replenished and extra rehydrated like I crave for 100PLUS right after I end.
