 On Squad Race 🇸🇬: 4th / 56 Teams 🎉 A grueling day on the ramps, but we couldn’t be prouder of Team SportPlus! 🏁🔥 Our squad of four—@clarissajieru , @xtriderunning , @melijmrtn , and @richmarkable —gave absolutely everything on that spiral carpark ramp yesterday. Clocking a 6:53.51 in the final, they went toe-to-toe against some of the toughest, top-class athletes in the city. 🏃💨 |  Not their day, but the fight never stopped. Team SportPlus 5 saw their race hopes fade in the Standard Duathlon Men’s Team Relay after an unfortunate setback on the bike. |  Three podiums in a row. 🥈🔥 Team SportPlus 6 continues their strong run, clinching silver in the Standard Duathlon Relay — marking their third consecutive podium finish. |  Dark horses deliver. 🥉 Congratulations to @danfantheman , @jogstone_ and @hibshamir , who battled it out to claim bronze in the Standard Duathlon Mixed Team Relay. |  Title reclaimed. 🔥 🥇Team SportPlus are back, reclaiming the Standard Duathlon Mixed Relay title after losing it in 2025. |  Another podium for @bbernn_ 🥈 Bernice secured 2nd place in her age group at the T100 Age Group Championships yesterday, continuing a strong run of form in 2026. |

 🏅 Medal Monday : Tokyo Marathon Recap 🇯🇵 Sick for a week post Seville with fever and flu, the plan going into Tokyo yesterday was simple: Run the first 10km just above marathon pace… then decide based on how I feel if there will be a time goal.
