With The Star Vista, this will be Absolute Singapore’s 3rd studio that offers both their signature rhythm cycling and pilates reformer classes

Singapore, 14 Apr 2023 - In conjunction with Absolute Singapore’s 5th year anniversary, Asia's largest boutique fitness studio has opened its doors at The Star Vista, offering its signature classes for both rhythm cycling and pilates reformer. This is Absolute’s second initiative to increase accessibility for people who are not always within the city - the first being their i12 Katong outlet.
Clients can look forward to classes designed to provide a holistic experience, elevating their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. The 3,290-square foot studio is built with state-of-the-art facilities such as an immersive cycling room with full lights and surround sound system; and floor-to-ceiling windows for its pilates room.

In the showers, members can pamper their skin with award-winning products from Sigi Skin such as their Kaleanser and Dew Potion.
The studio is fitted with 20 Merrithew SPX® Max Reformer for pilates reformer classes, and 35 Stages SC2 bikes for rhythm cycling classes. After classes, the community can enjoy amenities such as male and female locker rooms complete with showers, hairdryers and towels.

When it comes to rhythm cycling, each ride is a perfect medley of music, movement and motivation. Expect a fun, dynamic cardio workout as you move to the beat, engaging your entire body.
With pilates reformer, the practice aims to provide a low-impact and effective full body workout to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. It helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's core muscles, as well as improve one’s posture.
