Singapore gears up for its biggest cycling spectacle yet, as the Tour de France Singapore Criterium returns for its fourth edition on 1–2 November 2025.

Singapore, 12 August 2025 - This year’s Tour de France Singapore Criterium promises not just high-speed professional racing, but also expanded opportunities for the public to ride the same iconic route as the pros — all against the stunning Marina Bay skyline.
Jasper Philipsen Returns to Reclaim His Crown
Belgian sprint sensation Jasper Philipsen headlines the 2025 line-up, aiming to reclaim the title he won in 2023. Fresh off winning the opening stage of the 2025 Tour de France and wearing the coveted yellow jersey, Philipsen is set to thrill Singapore fans once again.
Last year’s race saw cycling legend Mark Cavendish snatch victory in an emotional farewell performance, making Philipsen’s return one of the most anticipated showdowns of the season.

Free Public Access & Premium Viewing
In a major move to make the event more inclusive, general admission to the Padang and race precinct will be free for all spectators. This means cycling fans, families, and first-timers can soak in the electric atmosphere at no cost.
For the ultimate experience, premium spectator packages — including Finish Line and Prestige Club tickets — will be available, offering unrivalled views and hospitality at the Singapore Recreation Club.
New Public Rides: Tour de France Singapore Criterium: À l’Attaque
For the first time, amateur riders can join the action through À l’Attaque, a new mass participation format featuring:
Team challenge (Men 18 - 35) - two riders, 40 mins
Masters solo (Men 35+) - solo, 40 mins
Women’s (18+)- solo, 30 mins
Foldie - solo, 30 mins
Each category offers participants the rare thrill of riding on a fully closed Marina Bay route — the same streets that will host elite riders hours later.

Anywheel Brings the Race to the Community
Homegrown bike-sharing giant Anywheel is back as a key partner, launching two initiatives:
Explore Routes Challenge (October 2025) — Ride the pro circuit at your own pace via the Anywheel app to win rewards.
Anywheel Community Cycle (2 November) — Free ride on the official race course using an Anywheel bike.
With over two million users in Singapore, Anywheel aims to make the Criterium experience accessible to all, promoting both a greener lifestyle and community connection.

A Celebration of Cycling and the City
The Tour de France Singapore Criterium 2025 will showcase Singapore’s most iconic landmarks — from the Padang to Anderson Bridge — as the world’s top cyclists battle it out on a fast, technical course. Backed by the Singapore Tourism Board and Amaury Sport Organisation, the event is cementing its place as a premier fixture on Asia’s sporting calendar.
