SINGAPORE, 28 June 2026 - The excitement for professional pickleball in Singapore reached a fever pitch on Friday afternoon, as media, influencers, athletes and enthusiasts gathered at Pickle & Bones at Trifecta for an exclusive lead-up event to the highly anticipated PPA Asia 500 Leapmotor Singapore Open.
With the tournament set to make its historic debut next month, this media session provided a vibrant look at the momentum building behind one of the fastest-growing sports in the region. Adding to the energy on the court, Team 100PLUS athletes and creators participated in the media preview event, getting an exciting first-hand taste of the pickleball experience.

The Friday gathering served as a masterclass in the sport's community appeal, featuring a fireside chat with Adrian Tan, Event Director of the PPA Asia 500 Leapmotor Singapore Open and COO of Kin Productions; professional player Jimmy Liong; and Adrian Ang, founder of Pickle & Bones.

Scheduled for 23 to 26 July 2026 at The Sports Arina @ Singapore EXPO (Hall 10), the PPA Asia 500 Leapmotor Singapore Open is poised to be a landmark event on the international sporting calendar.

Elite Competition: As the first 500-level tournament in Singapore, the event features a professional draw with US$70,000 in prize money and 500 PPA ranking points, alongside amateur categories with US$9,000 in prize money.
