Singapore Slingers Basketballers in promotional shoot for Warner Bro's 'Space Jam' movie to be released in Singapore next week

While the ASEAN Basketball League has yet to resume, Singapore's basketballers have not been idling around doing nothing.
For the second time in recent months Delvin Goh, Xavier Alexander, Tay Ding Loon and company were involved in a basketball themed promotional shoot.
Trading BOSS X Russell Athletics and pink basketballs for cartoons and bunnies, the Slingers were spotted in a behind-the-scenes promotional shoot with Foot Locker Singapore for the release of Warner Bros' upcoming movie - Space Jam: A New Legacy.

Serving as a standalone sequel to Space Jam (1996), Space Jam: A New Legacy will be released in cinemas on 15 July 2021 in Singapore, and features LeBron James, Don Cheadle, as well as Looney Tunes characters such as Bugs Bunny and Lola Bunny.
While we await the release of Warner Bros' latest blockbuster with great anticipation, it is great to see the Singapore Slingers' at their comical best and in high spirits in spite of the absence of elite basketball competition in 2021.
Apart from regular trainings, many of the Singapore Slingers' players have made full use of the down time to explore second careers, with Delvin Goh recently sharing on his Instagram that he started a jewellery business and Thai chilli sauce business over this period, all while studying for exams to become a real estate agent.
