Jump-start your week-end with this elevating flow, where we will explore our range of motion, tune in to our breath and calm our minds. The class is based on ancient Tibetan Yoga rituals and invigorating Kriyas (cleansing breath techniques), conducted in the outdoor and warm sunshine! Tibetan Yoga is a proven technique to improve spinal flexibility and regulate the endocrine system, that helps to boost immunity and energy levels to promote greater mental clarity and keep the body youthful.
