About the Event
Candlelight YIN Flow is a deep, meditative and profound practice.
With longer, more passive holds, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system.
This practice helps to target deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Candlelight Yin Yoga is a peaceful way to end your day and get ready for a fresh new week. The class will help you balance emotions, open the deep connective tissues and quiet your mind.

- A deep meditative quality that quiet down the overactive mind
Wear comfortable clothes to stretch and lay down; yoga mat is provided, however, you're welcome to bring your own mat or big towel to lay over. Bring a shawl or cardigan to cover yourself and eye pillow (if any) and an open heart.

- Few minutes walk from both MRT
The door at the ground floor is unlocked 10 minutes before the session. Push the door and walk up to level 2.
Yoga mat is provided but you're welcome to bring your own or towel to lay over.
